What these terms are

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Inksailor Studio. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

They are not the contract for the work itself. Projects run on a separate proposal and statement of work, signed by both sides, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, ownership and everything else that matters commercially.

Using the site

Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Do not:

• attempt to breach, probe or overload the site or the systems behind it
• scrape it at volume, or use automated tools that degrade it for other people
• copy the design, copy or code and pass it off as your own
• misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Inksailor

Ownership

The design, words, code, illustrations and marks on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Client work is shown with permission; the brands and trademarks in it belong to their owners.

Nothing here transfers any of it to you. Ask us if you want to use something — the answer is often yes.

Enquiries and proposals

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote or a guarantee of availability. Prices, timelines and capacity are confirmed in a written proposal, and a proposal becomes an agreement when both sides sign it.

Case studies describe results in their original context. They are evidence of what we have done, not a promise of what your project will do.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it up, fast and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete and current at every moment.

We may change, suspend or retire any part of it without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on anything published on it.

Links out

We link to other people's sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
